Step 1
How to install JMS Music:
Unzip downloaded package, then you can install JMS music component and modules as normal.
Step 2
How to configure JMS Music component:
Go to Components - JMS Music
1. Basic Setting
- Media Folder: folder where save all files in joomla root folder
- Thumbnail width: width of thumbnail when resize
- Thumbnail height: height of thumbnail when resize
- Playlist Per Page: number of playlist per page
- Playlist Per Row: number of playlist per row
- Songs Per Page: number of song per page
- Media Download Enable: enable download media files
- Social Sharing System: enable social sharing
- Social Sharing Type: choose type of button social sharing
2. Media Player setting:
- Player width: width of this player
- Player height: height of this player
- Auto play: auto play when load page or not
- Auto resume: configure auto resume mode
- Shuffle: configure shuffle mode
2. Facebook comment:
- Comment System Enable:enable comment system

How to use JMS Music:
1. Categories management:
- Category mame: name of this category
- Ordering: choose order for this category
- ID: this field will be auto fill by component
- Description: description of this category
- Status: status of this category
- Language: select language for this category
2. Artist management:
- Artist Name: fill name of this artist
- Ordering: choose order for this artist
- ID: this field will be auto fill by component
- Image: select image for this artist
- Description: description of this artist
- Status: status of this artist
- Language: select language for this artist
3. Playlist management:
- Playlist Name: name of this playlist
- Category: choose category for this playlist
- Artist: choose artist for playlist, u can choose multi artist
- Ordering: ordering of this playlist
- ID: this field will be auto fill by component
- Hits:how many times users view this playlist
- Image: select image of this playlist
- Created: date when playlist was created
- Modified: date when playlist was modified
- Description: description of this playlist
- Status: status of this playlist
- Featured: set playlist is feature or not
- Language: select language for this playlist
4. Song management:
You have a list of songs with filters and functions (add new, edit, delete, publish, unpublish)
Edit song:
- Song Name: name of this song
- Author: author who created this song
- Category: select category of this song
- Playlist: select playlist of this song
- User upload: user who uploaded this song
- Ordering: ordering of this song
- ID: this field will be auto fill by component
- Hits:how many times users view this song
- Created: date when song was created
- Modified: date when song was modified
- Description: description of this song
- Status: status of this song
- Language: select language for this song
- Lyric: lyric of song
Media Source:
- Video: choose Yes if it is video, choose No if it is audio
- Source Type: choose type of source file. We have 3 options: upload file from your computer, link from other site, get file from folder
- Upload file from your computer: choose file for upload
- Link from other site: fill link of file from other site, support youtube link
- Get file from folder: select file from drop down list files in media/jmsmusic/tmp folder
- Lyric: lyric of song
5. Import/export CSV:
You should add some categories, artists, playlists and songs, then go to Export for getting good csv format
a. Export
- Category: choose cateogories you want to export
- Artist: choose artist
- Playlist: choose playlist
b. Import
- Category: choose cateogories you want to export
- Artist: choose artist
- Playlist: choose playlist
- Media folder: choose folder where you uploaded song files
- Song's state: choose state for songs
c. Upload Media File
you can use this part for upload multi file to /media/jmsmusic/tmp/ folder, then use Import function to importing songs. For big size files, you should use FTP for uploading.
