hi

I have installed and tested the support module in jommla 1.5.3 but i can't get it working.

I can't see the status changing offline or online, is this correct?

and when you try to get in contact the poup screen contains faillures in both ie and firfox



I'll hope anyone knows what to do or to modify cause it's a very usefull addon if it works

Thanks for the reply it works now you only have to install activeX

Do you also plan to let it show wether your online ornot (like in this forum)
