I gues there are some setting to do but I dont know which and where. When I install the module only the name diplays and nothing else what went wrong?

I have same problem! Fantastic support! I uninstall JMS Online Support Module and "no problem". Thanls and Good luck!

You need to provide at least a name for the support person and then the module should display properly.
